2.    How quickly will you ship my order?

We aim to post within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) of an order being placed. However, if an item isn't in stock it will obviously take longer - see question 3 below.

** EXCEPTION **
During holiday periods (especially August) orders may take a week longer than usual to be despatched.

3.    What is your Out of Stock policy?

Where we allow Out of Stock items to be ordered we would normally still be able to ship within a week; but in some cases it may take longer. If so, we will contact you to find out whether you are happy to wait or would like to cancel that part of your order without penalty.

4.    When will you take payment from my card?

Our policy is not to take payment unless / until we have the item in stock and expect to ship in the next 2 working days.
